I paid my $9.95 and asked a question to which I do not have an answer. I am new to your site and wonder if I am looking in the wrong place? Thanks for your help. Jerry

Well, welcome to our site and I'm sorry that you are having this problem. My suggestion would be for you to go to the bottom of this page and select "contacts". That is located down at the bottom of the page. On the contacts page select the 3rd link down "" and explain your situation to them. They should be able to resolve the issue for you.

Wrong Last Name placed

Just create a new user account. Then delete the one with the wrong name, when you do this it will ask you where you want the files from the old account, you just tell windows to put them in the new account, all set.

I had canceled this a while back and still being charged for theservice plz discontinue service.

Service? You didn't mention for what you were being 'charged.'
I think you are in the wrong place; 'premium' service that gives one access to the paid technicians here is charged only once per incident so I think you need to look elsewhere.

Ati radeon 7500 pci won't work with vista


According to this site it looks like Vista doesn't have drivers. You possibly could try this XP drivers listed at this site. In order to try this I would suggest removing the failed driver from device manager and checking the box that ask if you want to remove the files.

NOTE: You will need to make sure that you are removing the correct card when you do this. If you remove the wrong driver it could disable your video output.

Hi, I bought a Norton AntiVirus package on July 31, 2008. I was infected with a Virus called VirusResponse Alert on Sunday, November 2, 2009. I looked on line for a support number from Norton and a 24...

I suggest that the only people who can answer your questions are the people at Norton. Obviously, I wouldn't ring that phone number again, because you will only get the same people you have already spoken to. I suggest that you WRITE to the Manager at Norton. (You'll find their address on their paperwork) and tell them everything that happened, and ask them the questions you want answered. And then you'll be in a position to know whether they deserve your business or not, and whether or not you have what you paid for, and if not, what they are going to do about it. Ask if they will give a refund if you have not got what you paid for. And I think that if you got a Virus while you were supposedly protected by their product, then you definitely Didn't get what you expected to.

when you paid for this did you do it online? Did you creat a user ID & password? If your answer is yes than log on to their site & look for help. You want to call them. Email is ok but you know it will take longer to get an answer. ( if you get the chance to speak to a real person just ask for the name of the file you were intended to receive.) Right click on the start button & click Search. Type in the file name they give you. If it's on your system search will find it.
I always suggest to people never buy software online with out getting the CD. Far too many things can happen with downloaded software. What happends if your hard drive dies?
Also since you did buy online they must have emailed you a recipt. Their phone number may be written there. Below is a link to help you call them. Just click the link.
