Go to Control Panel and click on PRINTERS. Then Left click on your printer and Left Click on Printer again and when the drop down appears, Left ckick on Printing Preferences, Go to page setup, on the right side click on the drop down and select Booklet Printing.
Hope this helps. Bud

Hi Bud
Many thanks for your trouble. I have followed your instructions however when I click on "printing preferences" a window opens with five options Qaulity, Layout, Features, Color and Services. Under layout there is no page setup.
I can only think that my printer ( purchased 98/99 I think) like me is getting on in years and perhaps did not have the booklet printing facility.
I do however really thankyou for your time and trouble
Trevor
