Recently, like maybe a week ago, I got a message on the screen saying Fatal Application Error, then a page of material. I have tried to reset it, by unplugging it and hitting the reset button but having no good results. Please tell me what to do.

Does this happen when the computer boots or only when using a specific program?

What type of computer is this?

This could be cause by many things.  Possibly you may need to restore they system if you cannot even get into Windows but at this point it is hard to tell.

If you do not have any files you need to save then I would just try restoring with original restore disk. If you do have files you want to save your best bet is to take it to a trusted pc repair shop.

Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron Mini 10v laptop and recently I have received a blue screen error. The actual message says: STOP: c000021a {Fatal Error} The windows log on process system process terminated...

First Thing I would try would be to try and boot into safe mode, keep pressing F8 (about once a second, but not too quick) after the bios screens have gone, when you get the menu then select safe mode, if it boots into this mode it is a driver issue, maybe cause by something new installed or a driver update failed. You would need to try and remove this new device via the device manager in the control panel, and remove from the computer itself.

If not this and without further infomation from the event logs, the 2nd most common cause from this is Hard Disc Corruption, this may be resolved by a wipe/reinstall of your windows OS from the recovery cd/media (you will lose all your data on the drive, you may get this saved if you go through a IT pro to do it for you), if it continues to do it, there may be a corruption on the boot sector of the drive that cant be resolved, in which case you would need to replace the hard drive and reinstall.
