Question about Sharp AR-5316 Advanced Digital Imager Copier
Given the economy and my micro-business, I don't want to continue to pay $400 for maintenance. I usually have to call NBM (a local company) and they come out as needed, and they keep me supplied with ink. However, I've looked online and have found toner cartridges for $43 each, and I seem to need only 3-4 cartridges per year. How do you guys assist in helping me with repairs when you're not here....?? This has been a temperamental copier, honestly. But $400!! your thoughts... honest and otherwise. :)
I do not recommend that you purchase a maintenance contracif the problems have been associated with paper jams etc
the real question is how many copies you make a montht if less than 1000 I would not get contract
you can shop toner and as long as it is mfg toner go forl owest price
I am a former technician and many fix ya people will give you clear consie and to the point advice
Save your $400 and if all fails you can purchase a good used replacement for $400
