Question about PC Laptops
You can restore the computer back to factory default,to do so, follow the below steps: Turn OFF the computer, now as soon as you hit the power button, keep on holding "Alt" key & keep on tapping "F10" key, i.e Alt+f10, it will open the recovery console, select full factory restore and follow onscreen instruction.
NOTE: This will erase all the datas on the computer.

Download spotmau from net(free version) unpack/unzip it .read the text instructions , create a bootdisk and install files to it...reboot with created bootdisk.within it program you can find passwords or remove all passwords.sugest remove all;then you can either leave password at start out or create one that can be remembered .The other other way involves a partial strip down of pc to remove rtc battery(remove, replace, restart)
though once you have spotmau theres many things you can do.an all in one recovery suite if you get the full version.
