Question about Ulead Videostudio 8 for PC
Transferring standard VHS video to recent model Toshiba laptop running Vista using EasyCAP leads and version 3.1A software. First problem: leads are female as are the outputs on the back of the video. Solved this with a SCART splitter and three channel male-to-male leads. The picture transfers fine but the soundtrack is VERY distorted. Tried various changes to settings (format always seems to end up as AVI, whatever is selected). Tried transferring mono only sound but same result every time. Any ideas?
