Hold "Set" use "mode" to browse when you get to time setting the 24h/12h setting should be first thing you can do. press "St/Sp" button when you see the "24h" icon flash it should switch to "12h" Press "Set" You are done!

When The Watch Is In Normal Time Mode, Press The "SET" Button. Then Keep Pressing The "ST/SP" Button Until The Time Is What You Want. Then Press The "MODE" Button To Move On To The Next Field. When You Are Completely Done, Just Press The "SET" Button Again. Hope This Helped
