Question about HP Pavilion ZV5000, ZV6000, ZX5000 Series 12 Cell Li-Ion Battery - DP390A (DP390A1) CD-ROM Drive
Within sound and audio device properties.It cannot find an audio device to allow playback of any kind.
No audio coming out from the audio jack plug either.
When opening an audio or video file the program responed with an error message saying no audio playback device can be found.
It sounds like you've lost your sound card drivers.
you will have to check by going into the device manager witch is in :start menu /control panel / system / hardware / device manager & then go down to audio & video devices if it has a yellow ! on it then right click on it & uninstall it then when its done right click on it again & scan for hardware changes the yellow ! will repair right click on it again & update drivers the ! should disappear restart the system then it should be sweet.
