Problem for Barbeques Galore Turbo Elite 4-Burner with Rear Burner...
STS Turbo heat problem
I have a Barbecues Galore STS Turbo 4 burner propane grill that doesn't regulate heat. High and Low give the same temperature on all four burners. The temp holds at 425 it won't get hotter or cooler.
The store has stood me up twice on a promised service call. They schedule a service tech and he never shows. I am very dissatified with this supposedly top-of-the-line product and with Barbecues Galore themself.

- I just bought a Turbo from a Ga store that went out of business, so I won't be getting any help from the business. The first three burners have a high flame, but the fourth burner can only manage a "low". Any advice on how to adjust this?Mary in Atlanta- Alerice

Problem solved. The store FINALLY sent someone out who knows what they're doing. After about a hour of adjusting and tweaking he got it working fine. Apparently, the adjustments have to be made with the grill partially disassembled so flames can be viewed from top and bottom.
Also, it needs to be load balanced with adjusting with all burners on, then with fewer and fewer burners on.
