Question about Computers & Internet
I called them today with the same problem, the screen remains black. They did not agree to send me a new card, I need to send it back to have them repair it. First of all, how did you convince them to send you a replacement card, secondly, where is the card located and is it easy to get to?
This is a laptop, tracking cable won't help, most likely the video chip is dead, you need to replace motherboard, with XT5000T is a common problem, try to make manufacturer fix it even out of warranty as the problem is widespread.

THE CARD IS INSIDE THE TOWER AND IT IS WHAT YOU PLUG YOUR MONITOR INTO. SO JUST FOLLOW THE CABLE FROM YOUR MONITOR AND YOU WILL SEE WHERE IT IS.UNPLUG THE TOWER BEFORE REMOVAL.AS FAR AS GETTING THEM TO SEND YOU A NEW ONE I REALLY DON'T THINK THAT YOU CAN DO ANYTHING TO GET THAT TO HAPPEN.
