Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W50 Digital Camera
My camera, a sony dsc w50, is almost brand new but it has stopped taking pictures. whenever i turn it on, a black screen appears with the word access and then it beeps with the message turn your camera off and on again. ive tried doing that but to no avail. i have also tried pulling out the lens but it is too far in and i cant pull it out. any suggestions?
Well dont use force like pulling lens out. Take memry card out make sure it is in correctly and contact clean and the compartment door is shut. Then try If to no avail Get onto Sony Technical Support via the web. I guess this is a a circuit board fault and need replacing.
