Question about Plantronics Explorer 220 Bluetooth Headset Wireless Headset
My bluetooth flashes when turned on but the sound doesn't come thru the earpiece, when i turn my bluetooth off my phone continues to flash as if connected. it has been working perfectly. i have tried thru my phone to correct problem but now i'm afraid that i may have changed some of the settings (since i don't know what i am doing). anyway, i almost think i need to start over but no instructions to do that. my phone is a motorola razor v3xx (AT&T). i really have enjoyed using this bluetooth and i appreciate so much any help you could offer. Thank you!
Try this. Hold down the power off button, then wait five seconds, then power back on. The bluetooth has an internal mute that is sometimes triggered through overuse to preserve the speakers.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
