Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud

Wireless is disabled on dell vostro 1540

Look on both sides of the laptop for the switch or button. Look in the front of the laptop too. I've seen the wireless switch at the bottom of the lcd screen on either the left or right side on some dell models (you just press it).

Normally the keystrokes to get the wireless going requires you to Press and Hold the FN Function key then hit the key that toggles the wireless (F1 thru F12). The correct F1 thru F12 key might have the wireless icon )))) on it.

The mouse pad is not working. Is there a way to turn it back on?

There's a keyboard combination to turn the touchpad on and off. It's usually the Fn key plus one of the F1-F12 keys. On mine it's Fn+F7 but that doesnt have to be the case with your laptop. Look over the F1-F12 keys and look for a rectangle logo. Dont mistake it for the toggle LCD-External Monitor key). Just try them out and see which one it is. If you mistakenly turn off your LCD just repeat the keystroke combination to turn it back on. This should be a straightforward try-fail thing. I once reinstalled everything on my old Toshiba because I mistakenly turned off the touchpad without even knowing I did so. :)

F keys suddenly not working

The "F mode" button toggles on and off the F keys. If you press it (accidentally) as I did, the keys will no longer function.

Simply press the "F mode" key again (it is directly above the "End->" key between F12 and Insert on this model keyboard) and functionality will be restored.

Keyboard

Is there an F-Lock or function lock key on the keyboard? If there is it needs to be on for the F keys to work as proper F keys.
