You need to push just above where the back of the black ink sits. There is a catch which pushes upwards.

How to remove the printhead of a kodak all in one printer

Open the top access door of the printer, once you see the printhead dock to the center place your index finger on the "bullseye" sticker on the printhead , then move your index finger going to the top left, try pushing the notch above to eject the printhead.

You can use this procedure if you will get a blank sheet print out after a paperjam.

How do I remove printhead from my KodakEasy Share 53000 All in one Printer. I've had a new print head sent to me from Kodak and have removed the ink cartridges but not sure how to remove printhead.

First remove ink cartridges. There is a bullseye in the middle of the print head. Use a flashlight and you will see a tab at the top just under the lip of the printhead. Push this tub up with your thumb and push down on the front part of the printhead closest to you. It should then pop right out.

How do I remove a Kodak 5300 All-in-one printer heade?

there are 2 release tab located on the gap between the printhead wall and the carriage, one is located on the upper left hand corner of the printhead wall and the other one is located right at the top center of the printhead wall. All you have to do is to press any of these tabs to unlock the printhead and to release the printhead from the carriage.

How do you remove the printhead of a Kodak EasyShare 5300 printer?

Clarification: Remove tanks(cartridges)first. You see the bullseye target with a finger pointing to it.
Above the bullseye sticker, there's a rectangular button. Press it in until printhead dislodges.
