Check your model MP3 player's specification for the photo file format that your MP3 player uses.
The most common file format that MP3 players support are jpg, bmp and gif.

Will not play the music comes up with format error

Format error= Wrong format to play the pictures, files, music, etc. on your MP3 player.
What you must do is download a format converter and convert your files, pictures, video, etc to the acceptable format used by your player.

check the picture properties to see if it is in the right format....like if it says GIF, use paint and save it as JPEG.

Purchaed a touchscreen mp4 player. I has a game i want more

For the Sylvania, games must be in .rkp (Rockchip Company) format. Likely the same for other brands as well, as this is a fairly generic player. Run a search for these games in Google. There appear to be some freely available. Hope this is of some help.

Make sure the pictures/videos are in the right format first, suggested by the manual.
If they are not in the right format, use the Sansa Media Converter that came with the installation CD to convert them to the proper format.

How can I put videos and pictures on my 2gb opal

use windows media player and use the sync function.

You just have to make sure that the files are the correct format for the player to be able to play them.

Read the owners manual it will tell you what format of pictures and videos it can play.
