I realize what you are saying, and this is probably frustrating to you ... from my perspctive, the mail HAS to come up on your computer it you are in fact connected to the internet ... unless you have somehow blocked the Yahoo site.
There is something else going on ...

Due to the lack of detail about your monitor, I can only speculate as to what the problem might be.
If you're on a CRT monitor (the big old school ones) then you should be able to adjust that using the buttons on the monitor.
If this is an LCD screen then it might just be that your resolution is off. Assuming you have something like Windows XP, you can right click on the Desktop, select properties, go to the tab all the way on the right called "Settings" and then adjust the slider for resolution.

Its more than likely your computer as Yahoo is a huge company and if they had a problem like that it wouldn't stay that way very long... what you might want to do is uninstall java or whatever your computer uses for games and reinstall it..
