Question about Logitech Premium Stereo Consumer Headset
Hi Iam using windows vista home premium. I have down loaded sight speed voip. I have exclusively purchased Logitech premium stereo headset for using vedio conferencing. Unfortunately the headset is not recognised by sight speed. It is also not recognised by vista. Otherwise the head set is working fine i.e, I am able to hear music from the computer. Can any one help me please. with best regards, =musali9vadu=
You will need to go into the sound manager in control panel and make sure that the external mic is enabled as the default use and ensure in the sound settings that the mic is not muted, this is normally done by right clicking the speaker icon in the taskbar and selecting options and see if the mic is muted or not in the properties
