Dark greasy spots on clothes after washing in Hoover Nextra

Hoover Nextra funtions well but after wash cycles, laundry has dark, almost greasy blotches -- which require a rewash. I have used calgon tablets to remove scale and run machine on 90 degreee wash. Thedrum and rubber sael have been cleaned. Problem still occurs.
I'm using a Non Bio liquid detergent.
Any ideas to solve this?
