Canon pixma ip1800

My pc always display that the cartridge is not properly installed although it is properly installed. what can i do? please help me, i have some reports to finish.SOS

I hope this could help...

make sure he cartridge have a good contact with the cradle. if it sill give the same error try using another cartridge.

it happened to my client's HP printer too. i just replaced he cartridge though it was a new one.

Ink cartridge is not properly installed


Install it properly ...

Remove it, clean it with a damp rag and reinstall per instructions on the machine.

Canon Pixma iP1800 ink carrtridge problem


One or both cartridges are defective.The only way is changing the cartridges.Change color first, then black.

Make sure you removed the protective film on the cartridges.I've seen this alot on new installs.Next clean the print catridge contacts with a clean moist (very little) cloth ,then dry cloth.It may work, Good Luck.

The orange lamp always lights


depending on how many times the orange light flashes. if 4 flashes then the ink has run out. if 5 flashes then it can not recognise the ink cartridge, if 7 flashes then the ink is not installed properly.

hi there, when you slide the ink cartridge into place you then need to push it up until it clicks.

I get a message error that ink cartridge is not well installed


Remove all the cartridges then back again installed..if the orange light is always blinking.long press the cancel botton til the green light is steady..ok..
