Bought my iphone 5 and am unable to charge using both the plug and computer. however am able to charge using the iphone 4 plug. please help!

Before you can charge your iPhone on the computer, your computer needs to install the drivers for it. You might have to reinstall the drivers for it. A good way to check if the drivers are incorrectly installed is to see if iTunes detects it. Try updating your iTunes since the old version of iTunes won't work with ios6 and all iPhone 5 are shipped with ios6

I just build a computer with a Gigabyte motherboard and installed XP home edition and now I'm trying to install the drivers for the motherboard and installed the disk with all the drivers on it and it...

Try the disk in another machine and see if it works, if it does power down the pc and double check the drive is installed correctly.

If it is just the disk that's got an issue, you could try downloading the driver for your motherboard from the web. This should be a good place to start: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3500#dl

Thanks.

My pc cant detect my samsung mp3 player, but it is charging.

MP3 player is still charging because the battery and other components are still working fine.

The memory storage could have gone bad. You may try to connect the player into different computer to see if you'll get the same problem. If you do get the same problem, you need to check the Disk Management to see if the player will be detected or not. Here's how:

1. Connect the player to the computer.
2. Right click "My Computer" and select "Manage".
3. Click on Disk Management and a window will appear.
4. Write down the drive letters that you will see in that window.
5. Without closing the Disk Management window, unplug the player from the computer.

If there's a drive letter disappears, then that is your player. But if nothing disappears, then the computer is no longer detecting your player.

You need to contact the manufacturer and have them replace the memory storage inside the player, and reload the program.

Thank you and good luck!

Mouse suddenly stopped working

1: Make sure the battery or batteries in your mouse are good.
2: If there is a USB dongle plugged into a USB port on your computer, unplug it, wait 3 or 4 seconds and plug it back in.
3: If the above two steps don't work, shut down your computer completely and start it back up again.
Your problem should be solved:

My coby mp-705 will not display any exe, music, photo, etc. files on my PC (Windows XP). When I plug it into my MAC it shows everything. What is wrong?

Hello there and welcome here

Please be sure that the driver/software is working properly on your xp machine, I will suggest to remove the driver and software you use ito it and install it again, follow these step to do that : remove the software in Add and Remove programs in Control Panel, reboot the computer and install it again

If you did NOT install anything on the computer when you inserted the the MP705 coby, then you can find the device driver in Control Panel- Administration- Computeradministration- Unit Manager, here you just choose the app driver and right click and select remove driver and press ok, then reboot the computer and plug in your colby device and see if it run now

Hope that helps
IF NOT then try to return here
Have a nice time over there

Device is detected, but I can't add music, because it undetects

Problem Solved: My MMP8567 screen read ''boot error shutting down''.
Everytime I plugged it in to the computer the computer would find it but then it would disappear almost immediately.
I downloaded the Updater program from Memorex but it couldn't find the player.
The directions from Memorex said ''Hold down the play button and plug in usb cable.'' Another set of Memorex directions said, ''Hold down the power button and plug in usb cable.'' Neither worked for me.
SOLUTION: I finally held down the LOCK/UNLOCK button and plugged in the usb cable. My computer found the player immediately and a software driver window popped up asking for a driver. I let windows search the internet and it found and installed the driver. The driver it was looking for was: ''player recover device class driver'' After windows confirmed it recognized my mp3 player I started up the Firmware update program and was able to update the player.
I tried to be clear and detailed. Good Luck ;-)
