Vertical or frame rolling indicates adjustment of the frame hold is required or perhaps there is a synchronisation fault.

Breaking of the picture in the horizontal plane is caused by the line hold requiring adjustment though the symptom can be connected with interior or exterior signal problems or perhaps a power supply fault, especially where both the line and frame are affected together.
It is probably a task for an engineer or at least someone with access to the servicing instructions.

Vertical jumping may have a vertical hold issue, horizontal may have a horizontal hold issue. Most older tv sets will have some knobs or adjustable screws for vertical and horizontal hold. Turn your set on and check for these knobs on the back of your set and adjust until your picture is in as well as you can get it

Slanting horizontal lines indicate that the horizontal hold is out of adjustment. As the components age they change values and don't have the same effect on the circuit. some units have a horizontal hold adjustment pot on the back that can be adjusted to bring the horizontal back to the middle. If the adjustment pot is not on the back the only way to bring the horizontal hold back is on the inside of the unit and this is not a safe proceedure. If the picture was really good before it went bad then it might be worth the cost of repair. If the picture was getting weak (light colors, washed out look) then the repairs are not cost effective (not worth the money to have the unit repaired) There are some tv repair people that work quite a bit cheaper than others. It would be worth a few phone calls to get an estimate and make an informed purchasing decision.

To change its picture aspect ratio, you have to go to its menu. As you haven't its remote control there is an option for that, mentioned in its user manual. I hereby send it to you. Do the same and access the aspect ratio.

To access the menus, simultaneously hold down

the VOL- and VOL+ keys.The PROGRAM - +

and the - VOL+ keys to make that adjustment.

To exit from the menus, hold down the 2 VOL-

and VOL+ keys.

Note: when the Child Lock function is activated,
these keys are unavailable

Horizontal rolling is your problem I thinks. In modern TVs there is no horizontal hold control like they wer in old one. All the adjustments are digital, that is related to a very accurate crystal oscillator frequency, and its cound downs. Therefore if your TV is not so old, its main Ic may be faulty, or horizontal synchronisation pulse does not reach the appropriate pin of that Ic. First check it, and if it is ok, replace the Ic.

It is internal to the set cannot be adjusted probably have some bad capacitors in vertical section.

Can you explain more detail?
