Sync problem Just bought two new cd's on urge and after sync to player and disconnect, I get a message when i try to play them, sync to continue your music subscription. Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

REFORMAT FOR WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER - Erases Everything: Connect your iLo player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "ILO 2GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything, and give you a fresh start.

Do not disconnect... nothing worked

In iTunes, you should be able to change the iPod to sync manually. that way, you can personally drag and drop your files into the iPod. You'll still have the DO NOT DISCONNECT on the screen, but it will sync easier.
