Question about Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
I am attempting to install a USB based wireless internet program.
It begins installing via Installshield, then comes up with the error below:
1603: Error installing Microsoft (R).net framework
There appears to be many versions of this error, and Im unsure which version to follow
Any help would be appreciated
The 1603 error code your getting, is probably a conflick within the .net versions. I would go to remove programs and software in control panel, and delete any versions of .net that are there, and then you can download this one which is the most current. HERE. That should solve your provblem.
