Question about Epson STYLUS CX3900 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My black ink ran out recently so I tried to replace it with a new one, but after replacing it, the red no-ink light still blinks to prompt me to replace and won't let me print.. then it says on the screen that no new cartridge is detected or that the ink is ingenuine... so i bought another cartridge and put it in but I still get the same problem?
does anyone have a possible solution to this?
Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
