OTA not deliverd to HTC

Hi

We are sending an OTA message to 2 HTC devices to install an app on the device. If the backlight is off and you send the message, it lights up the device indicating that it recieves or does something but it does not display the link or anything that remotely shows you where the OTA is saved to. The models is HTC p4350 and S710. Both on WM 6.

please help.

- “By default, a Windows Smartphone device will not accept service indication push messages unless they are from a trusted push proxy gateway.
What is a trusted push proxy gateway? Well, if you have a device that was provisioned for a particular mobile operator, then they might have one or more push proxies for that operator pre-configured in the trusted list.
Or if you bought an unlocked device, it may have an empty trusted proxy list, which means that you're not going to receive any service indication WAP push messages.
I've been experimenting with a device and have managed to unlock it so that it will receive service indication messages. Service indication messages will then appear in the Inbox for text messages, where you'll see the message text and the URL link. Also, they'll pop up on screen when we received.”
The solution is:
Just run “Total Commander for Windows CE” on the phone. Go to HKLM\security\policies\policies and change the key 100D to from 3072 value 4095.
