Leave the camera in a well ventilated and normal temperature room, after few hours (8) check if the camera is still wet if it is not check the battery compartement and if there also is all ok, then try to switch it on and the lenses will come automatically inside. BE SURE THAT THE CAMERA IS WELL DRY FIRST!!

My kodak af 3x is frozen the lens wont close and it wont turn on. The light is constantly flashing green. It was working fine and then went black and is frozen.

First you should take out the battery. Then give it a few seconds and reinsert the battery. Make sure there is enough power in the battery.
The camera should start from scratch. (Cold boot) and it should detect the lens is out. Then it should retract.
If there is a visible defect on the outside of the lens perhaps it won't work.
On the other hand, if the lens stays out, it could be there is a defect on the inside of the camera. Something mechanical in the lens barrel, something electrical like a bad connection off a (flat)cable, or just the electronics.
If the error comes back, you should visit a service centre.

Wont take a photo - wont focus

Assuming it is not a new camera and you do not have it set to manual mode and you know how to operate it appropriately - it could be a broken lens, dirty contacts, frozen firmware, or broken camera. First try turning your camera off - wait at least 15 seconds - then try a different lens. If the camera works with a different lens - then it is your lens. If you do not have a different lens, using a pencil eraser, clean the brass (gold color) contacts that can be found on the lens and camera where they connect. Make sure you do not get any eraser particles in the camera or you will have more problems. Once done turn your camera on. If it works it was dirty contacts. If it still does not work it could just be frozen firmware. Turn the camera off and remove the battery. Then replace the battery and turn the camera on. Remove the batter will get the camera to "reset." If it still does not try uploading the firmware again - preferable with an update if available. If it still does not work it is with the camera - sorry.

Camera completely frozen. Lens protector open. Won' start with battery or AC power. Performed hard reste, no change.

have you tried removing battery and putting it back in? also what does "frozen" mean specifically? is it frozen in the menu with buttons not working or not powering up at all?

Camera was dropped, now lens wont retract, no image on screen, when turned on a series of buzzes and beeps then the camera turns itsself off.

Bad news I'm afraid. The drop likely damaged the lens tube (housing) or jarred the zoom mechanism off of its track. Either of these conditions causes the camera to shut off to prevent further damage, and either condition will require professional repair.

I dropped my camera and now the lens has frozen the lens open, and I can't do anything other then turn it on.

it needs to betaken back to a repairer. unfortunately it can cost a fortune for a new lens... it may cost less to buy a new camera... get an estimate of repair charges if you can

Camera is frozen up

Lens errors are fairly common. Usually it's sand or grit interfering with the lens extension mechanism. Or the camera's been dropped with the lens extended. Or the camera has been powered on, but the lens had been blocked preventing its extension. Or the battery ran down with the lens extended ...

Here's some things that you can do to try to correct it. They only seem to work for less than 50% of the lens errors, but if the camera is out of warranty, they're worth a try. Note in your case, the second listed fix might actually jog it back into operation:
