Question about Franke Evolution
I have a franke espresso machine and it started throwing codes of locked heating selection or steaming overheating locked selection. My coffee "guy" said it was nothing - WELL that nothing ended up killing my machine! Those codes were a warning for the steam wand wire sensor shorting out!! DUH I knew it was something serious BUT NOW what do I do? does anyone have a manual for this machine ( a tech manual ) or something ?? has anyone heard of a recall for a problem for this machine? I am new to this and just purchased this machine a year ago along with the business and the machine is not even 2 years old .... Help

SOURCE: Poor frothing
You need to check (or replace) the air-intake nozzle which is located inside the coffee outlet. You will sure loose the good froth if that part is not clean or replaced. There should be proper amount of air input to produced the proper froth.

the evolution is a super automatic ,im not sure what you mean by water processed? but i do know you need water with a low ppm of hardness or you risk ruining the machine. water processed refers to the way beans are prepared, usually decaf.
