Well, that's part of the MS Shell, in order to delete that from the right click menu, you'd have to go into that. There may be some editors for that, type in edit right click menu or shell in a search engine and see what you can get.

How to delete e.mail out of recycle bin


Deleted emails do not go to the Recycle bin. They're moved to a folder called 'Trash' or 'Deleted Items'. So, if you want to delete the emails completely, you can delete all emails that are listed in these folders. In order to do that, you'll just have to login to your email, click on the folder named 'Trash' or 'Deleted Emails'. That will show you a list of all the emails that you've deleted recently. Select all emails and click on delete to remove them permanently.

If you use an email client like MS Outlook, you can just right click on the 'Deleted items' folder and select the option 'Empty Deleted Items folder'.

How to remove the content advisor password?


Solution:
Although the removing the password in content advisor is not covered under warranty. It is a few simple steps to clear it and resolve the issue.
Follow the steps below:
(It is advisable to make a backup of the Registry before proceeding. To do this, go to the File menu, choose "Export Registry File..." and give the file a short name (e.g.: Backup1.1.04) storing it in the root level of the primary hard disk drive or floppy.)
1) Click on Start and choose Run.
2) Type in RegEdit and select OK.
3) Now click on the little plus sign to the left of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
4) Continue to drill down, always clicking on the plus sign at the left of the named key, through Software, Microsoft, Windows, Current Version and Policies.
5) Now click on the Ratings folder.

6) In the right pane of the RegEdit window, you'll see an icon called Key. Click on it and press Delete.
7) Next, choose Registry and then Exit to exit RegEdit. You've just deleted your original Content Advisor password.
8) Restart the computer and run Internet Explorer again.
9) Choose View and then Internet Options (or Options for version 3.x). For IE 5 or greater, Click on Tools, Internet Options.
10) Click on the Content tab and click on Disable. When asked for a password, don't enter anything; just click on OK. This will disable Content Advisor because there's no longer a password.
How to Fix Problems with Content Advisor Missing Information?
In most cases, this problem occurs when the Ratings.pol file is damaged, follow the instructions below to fix this issue.
1) Quit Internet Explorer
2) Open My Computer, click on Tools, Folder Options
3) Click on the View tab and make sure "Show hidden files and folders" is selected, you may also want to uncheck the box next to "Hide extensions for known file types" and click Ok
4) Double click on Drive C in My Computer
5) Double click on the Windows folder and then double click on the System folder
6) Search for the file RATINGS.POL and right click on it and choose Rename. Rename it to RATINGS.OLD
7) Close out of the open Windows and then reopen Internet Explorer
8) Click on Tools, Internet Options
9) Click on the Content tab, then click on Settings
10) Type in the Supervisor password if necessary and click Ok
11) Select the Ratings options you would like and click Ok and close out of Internet Explorer
12) When you reopen Internet Explorer, everything should work.

How to disable the built-in camera notenook?


Step 1:
A laptop computer's webcam camera can be turned off or temporarily disabled for security or privacy concerns. The method varies according to the operating system you are using. iSight, for example, is a webcam that is built into Macintosh computers and is accessed through web software. After you disable iSight it will prevent any web-based software from finding or connecting to the camera. All you need is administrative access to the computer.

Click on the "Start" menu in the lower left corner of the screen if you have Microsoft Windows operating System. Select "Control Panel" and click on "System." Choose the "Hardware" tab and then select "Device Manager." Look under the menu "Imaging Devices" and locate your camera listed. Right-click on the camera device and select the disable option from the menu. Shut off Built-in Webcam on MacIntosh Operating System Click on the "System" folder on the computer's hard drive. Once in the "System" folder, click on the "Library" folder. While in the "Library" folder, click on the "Quick Time" folder. Select the "Directory" tab and find the " Quicktime USB VDC Digitizer Component" file. Form a "Temporary Backup iSight" folder onto the computer's hard drive. Copy and move the " Quicktime USB VDC Digitizer Component" file to the new back up folder. Drag the folder to the trash to erase it. Be careful that you do not erase both files or it will permanently delete it and you will not be able to access the camera again. Open a web-based software program to make sure the iSight camera is disabled.

Right-click the "Start" button and open Windows Explorer.

Open the following folder on the hard drive: C:\Program Files\Sony\Setting Utility Series.
Click on the file named "VCCPointingDevice.exe." The VCC Pointing Device tool opens.

Uncheck the checkbox in front of the "Enable" option and click "OK." The trackpad is disabled.

1. Logon to another Administrator account.
NOTE: If you do not have another Administrator account, then proceed to step 2.

A) Go to OPTION ONE or OPTION TWO.

2. Boot into Safe Mode.
NOTE: You may not need to enable the built-in Administrator account. If this was the only normal administrator account you had, then Safe Mode should automatically boot into the built-in Administrator account. See: How to Start in Safe Mode

A) If Safe Mode did not boot into the built-in Administrator account, then enable the Built-in Administrator account. If it did , then go to step 2C.
NOTE: See: How to Enable or Disable the Real Built-in Administrator Account

B) Logoff of Safe Mode, and then logon to the built-in Administrator account to logon with it in Safe Mode.

C) Go to OPTION ONE or OPTION TWO.


OPTION ONE:

Fix the User Account Profile

5. In the left pane, look for the S-1-5..... folder (SID key) with the long number that has .bak at the end of the numbers.

NOTE:
A) In the right pane, look at the ProfileImagePath to verify that this is the user account profile that has the error.
B) You may have another S-1-5..... folder (SID key) above it with the exact same number without the .bak at the end of it.

6. For Two S-1-5..... folders (SID key) with the same Number -
NOTE: This is if you have two S-1-5..... folders (SID key) with the exact same numbers, but the second (below) one has the .bak at the end of the numbers.
A) In the left pane, right click on the first (top) S-1-5..... folder (SID key) that does not have .bak at the end of the numbers and click Rename. (See screenshot below)

6. In the left pane, click on one of the S-1-5..... folders (SID key) with the long number in it.
NOTE: It may have .bak at the end of it.
A) In the right pane, look at the ProfileImagePath to see if this is the same user account that you deleted in step 1 above.
B) Repeat step 6 until you find the one that you deleted in step 1 above.
NOTE: If the user account is not here, then it has already been removed when deleted in step 1. Go to step 9.
7. To Backup the Registry SID Key -
WARNING: You should backup this SID key to be safe in case you delete the wrong one in step 8 below.
A) Right click on the SID key, and click Export.
B) Type in a name and save the REG file to a safe location.
NOTE: This is your backup. To Restore the Backup, right click on the REG backup file and click Merge.

C) Continue on to step 8.

1) Clikc Start, RUN
2) Type in RegEdit and select OK.
3) Now click on the little plus sign to the left of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
4) Continue to expand down, always clicking on the plus sign at the left of
the named key, through Software, Microsoft, Windows, Current Version and
Policies.
5) Now click on the Ratings folder.
6) In the right pane of the RegEdit window, you'll see an icon called Key.
Click on it and press Delete.
7) Next, choose Registry and then Exit to exit RegEdit. You've just deleted
your original Content Advisor password.
8) Restart the computer and run Internet Explorer again.
9) Choose View and then Internet Options (or Options for version 3.x)
10) Click on the Content tab and click on Disable. When asked for a

In the left pane, under Folders, locate the Recycle Bin folder, and then drag the Recycle Bin folder to the desktop. 7. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options. 8. Click the View tab, and then click to select the Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) check box. Click OK.Note This procedure does not re-create the original icon.
