Question about SanDisk Sansa E280 MP3 Player
Well my Sansa e280 wont work when i push the power button. But if I plug it up to a computer it's fine. Like it wont do anything unless its plugged up. And when i do plug it up to a computer and the computer is off the screen onmy mp3 comes up as if i was listening to it. But it says I have no songs. But when I hook it up to the computer and look through its files they are all there...I really need help...is there anything i can do or should i just get a new one?
Change the USB mode from MTP to MSC and see if that helps.
Also, make sure the hold/lock is not engaged.
