My AM 900 printer will not print. It will scan. When I click Properties, it always shown offline. Is this a problem? If so, how do I correct it>

The "offline" indication means your computer is having a communication error. There are a few things you can do to troubleshoot this. First, turn your PC and your printer off. Then check the USB cable running from your printer to your PC to make sure it is plugged in all the way on both ends. Power your PC and printer back on. If this doesn't work, try plugging the USB cable into a different USB port. If this doesn't work, uninstall the driver, then reinstall it. If it still does not work, don't rate me yet. Shoot me some more details because I have more TIPS up my sleeve.
