Diagnostic test says no error in connection
1. If you are using a Wireless router, request you disable the wireless connectivity and try to connect the router with the cable directly and enable the Local area network.
2. Move the mouse over the Local Area Network (LAN) in the task bar and see if it is showing any activity.
3. Open command prompt i.e Start->Run->CMD
and type "ping yahoo.com" and if this return the reply then your internet connectivity is correct.
4. Else there could be a problem with your service provider .
