Well my PC does not start. It's a brand new barebones kit form TigerDirect, It came with a Powerup ATX Mid-tower computer case, a 450-watt ATX power supply, a 2.2 ghz pentium dual-core, a biostar P4M900-M7 FE Motherboard, and 2 GB kingston RAM. I supplied the IDE cables, CPU fan, CD drive, and Hard Drives. Is there some part that is missing?

You might have a bad game if it is used. If it is not check to see if it plays other games without issues. Your Xbox might need to be repaired lets hope that isnt the case. You may also want to try it on a different console if at all possible. If all else fails you maybe need a new xbox if you are dying to play that game
First the X clamp mod kit / guide , Are all variations on a theme ,which are to Remove the X clamp , replace with screws and washer to force the G.P.U. down to the board and then intentionally over heat the G.P.U. only.
This will probably get your box working . But the P.C. board is under stress and starting to warp away form the G.P.U. After some time, heating/cooling cycles the connections under the G.P.U. will fail again and now that the P.C. board has a permanent warp in it and will prove difficult to straighten.
downloading a game from a pc to a psp won't play on the psp in any case, unless you install custum firmware on the psp by buying a custom firmware kit of www.amazon.com.
If you don't want to do this any easy way of downloading games for the psp is buy using the psp store on the psp, which you should be able to get if you have the latest update. You can download the games from the psp store but they are not free. some of them actually cost more than just buying a UMD disc from a game shop.
Well it's a defiantly a hardware failure 90% of the time installing a new laser will fix it . New laser are cheap 20.00 10% the one of the two motor will fail so you'll have to buy a new drive and swap the P.C. board form to old drive to the new , both are relatively easy procedures. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON REPAIR GUIDES . all of the info you need is free on line.
