SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Need to know how to save pictures e-mailed to my phone

You could forward email them to an email you can reach from a PC to save the pics on the PC. You may be able to access the same email acct, from a PC and save teh pics from there.
Or you might save the pics to the phones memory, then take out the memory card to read in a PCs card slot. This usually requires a small adaptor as the memory card in the phone is likely a micro size. Hope this helps

How to select memory card as the default memory?

downloading files and saving it direct on the phone is dangerous cause you may download corrupt fiLes, viruses which may affect your system.. but if you really want here is the procedure
1 go to the settings of your phone 2 Look for the usb settings 3 choose the mass storage 4 then it will ask you if it will be your memory card or your phone memory then it's up to you if what are you going to use.. but I prefer to use memory card reader than saving fiLes directly on the phone

I have samsung eternity and need to know how to save pictures to my sim card,

You can't save pictures to your sim card, as they usualy only have about 128k of memory, phone book entries are the only thing small enough to fit on it. The only thing you would be able to save images to is an SD Memory card, if you have one installed. If so, you can go to your pictures folder, select Manage and then Move. Once you've selected the images you would like to move, you can then select the memory card as the location to store them to. Hope this helps!

Nokia 6085 won't let me transfer files to my memory card

hi thanks for using fixya!

Usually, if you are going to received files via bluetooth it will ask you where you want to save the file, directly to memory card or phone memory, if the phone is not asking you, it is automatically will be saved in phone memory, you should check the phone's memory, that is why it is not accepting the transfer via bluetooth, Check the settings and make it saved to the memory card.

If you need further assitance, let me know!

Firstly, ensure that the memory card is correctly slotted in fully until you hear a faint click. [the card can be removed by simply pressing/clicking it back out again]. the memory card icon should appear at the very top of the phone's screen.

In the event that you have done that, to save files to the memory card, go to:

Menu;
Settings;
Memory Settings;
Default Memory;

Then select which items you wish to be saved to the memory card in future;
For example, select 'Camera', then scroll down to and select 'memory card', and press save.
Do this for each form of media, from the 'default memory' list, that you wish to save to the memory card.

Hope it helps!

:-)
