Update your Quickbooks, run reboot.bat, restart your computer and then restart Quickbooks

His issue has been resolved in the latest release for QuickBooks 2014.
Update to the latest release:
Estimated time: 30 minutes
Go to theUpdate to the Latest Releaseweb page.
IMPORTANT: Make sure your product is selected. If not, click "Choose a different product."
Select and follow the instructions for one of the update options:
