you will have to start by removing the kickplate. which is the panel under the doors. it's held on by 2 screws. remove the screws and remove the kickplate. you should have no problem pulling out the drain pan then. you can clean it with bleach no problem.

SOURCE: drain pan
yup..that's how it is. no solution but to pick up the dead mouse and clean the drain pan as is, where is.
you might send someone with a small hand to reach the pan completely. rinse it with soap and water to eliminate the odor. use gloves to pick up and clean the pan.

Your drain tube is stopped up. Take the panel off in the freezer section and chip away the ice in the pan below the coil. When you get to the drain hole pour hot water in it until it free flows. You will need a towel in the freezer to catch the excess water. Run some extra hot water through it to assure that you clean the drain out good.

Tips for a great answer:
I appreciate your inquiry, friend!
If you would like to clean any dirt or debris from the drain pain you can use a vacuum attachment to get inside and clean any residue within the drain pan. You can also use warm water and bleach to help disinfect the drain pan prior to vacuuming it out. If that does not help you may want to consult with a professional technician for additional cleaning to be completed within your Frigidaire refrigerator. Best of luck! -Matt

Hello mcdh109 - Generally speaking, side by side refrigerators have a drain pan located on the right hand bottom side that in some models it is not removable. The unit does not actually have a drain hose.
