Change the Screen saver

I currently have a picture on my phone and want to change it. I cannot locate my manual. Can you give me steps to change the screen-saver?

Basically all you have to do is go to your pictures, find the picture you want, click options, set as, screen-saver... and tada!!

How can i save a picture as my screen saver
Assuming you are using windows XP on this:
Create a new folder in "my pictures " folder
Copy the images you want to use into there
On your desktop, RIGHT click and choose "properties" to open the display settings
Click "Screen saver" and choose my pictures slideshow
Click "settings" to open the options for this
Click browse to point to where you saved the images
Set the duration and timings to suit your tastes
Exit by clicking Ok and the OK to exit the display settings

I don't know how to change my screen saver

  • Click the Start menu button. Next, click on Settings and then on Control Panel.

    Double-click on the Display icon (or on the word Display). This opens a window called Display Properties.

    Click on Screen Saver. You will see a window with choices related to your screen saver.

    Click on the Screen Saver list box to view the screen savers that are currently installed on your computer . Select the one you want by clicking on it.

    Click Settings to adjust factors such as the speed, size and color of the screen saver that you want to use.

    Click the Preview button to view your new screen saver. If you are not satisfied, go back and change the settings or select a new screen saver from the list of those available.

    Decide if you want to password-protect the screen saver or to set the amount of time that will elapse before the screen saver comes on, and enter those changes.

    Want font larger (currently very small) and in white color (current color is blue) when phone is closed (NOKIA 6085)
    The only thing you can change is the screen saver for the "mini display" - Settings, Mini Display, Screen Saver, then choose "Digital Clock" - when the screen saver kicks in you'll see the time in nice large numbers.

    The mini display is monochrome so you can't change the color.

    I am trying to SCAN a photo and save it to my SCREEN SAVER and at the same time enlarge it to fit the entire screen.
    The photos in your computer can be used as screen savers (those files that pop up when you are idle).
    1. Right click on your desktop and choose personalize.
    2. Select Screen Saver
    3. Select Photos
    4. Click OK

    All of the photos in your pictures folder will be your screen saver.

    If what you want is this picture to be your background (the file that shows on your desktop all of the time)
    1. Right click on your desktop
    2. Select personalize
    3. Select Desktop Background
    4. Change the "Location" to Pictures from its setting of Windows Backgrounds
    5. Select a picture
    6.Click OK. It is automatically sized to your desktop.

    How do i upload a wall paper for my laptop.i want a particular picture as my screen saver on my laptop,how do i do that.
    You go to display settings, from within that you can select screen saver & you can change it, you can either select from the list or browse your computer & locate the image you want to be your screen saver, select it and your done, it will ask you to verify your change click yes.

    On my Envy 2 the exterior screen has turned white with 2 black leaves on it. Otherwise the phone works.... can this be fixed?
    some of them is screen savers otherwise your front screen has shattered without you knowing. I am would have to see a picture to be sure. and if it is a screen saver just go into your internal phone options and change it
