What happens when you try to print?

Do you get any error lights/codes on the printer itself?

If the errors are on --

The printer: Reseat both new parts. Perhaps it wasn't sitting correctly. Also, clean any contacts. Check your owners manual for the corresponding error code. How many blinking lights/which LEDs are lit?

The computer: What is the error?

Are you unable to print from any application/computer?

If so, check that the communication settings on the printer weren't changed to Bluetooth instead of USB since you just installed a Bluetooth receiver into it.

Try the printer on another USB port on your computer, and try a different USB cable.

What does the computer say when you plug the device in? Do you get a "Device Not Recognized" error? If so, call the manufacturer/place of purchase. The item may be defective if trying other USB ports/cables fails to resolve this issue.

If the error is about communication, it is possible the driver switched back to a different port aside from USB.

Go to Printers & Faxes and right click -> Properties on your printer icon. Click the Ports tab and see if it is set to USBxxx (xxx being a number, generally 001)

Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud

How can a Polaroid Pogo printer works without battery, directly connected to current?

If you a reasonably handy you could disassemble the battery pack and replace the cells with new NiCad or NiMH units. They are not complicated and you should find lots of sites on the net that will supply the cells. Alternatively if the unit has a DC socket you should find the voltage and current printed beside it. Try fitting a suitable power pack.

How do i set up bluetooth connectivity

Hi,

If you have Windows XP with Service Pack 2 or 3 installed on the computer, then the computer has the Microsoft Bluetooth Protocol Stack. The Microsoft stack allows you to install an external Bluetooth adapter automatically. If the Bluetooth adapter supports the Microsoft stack but it does not install automatically, then you do not have the Microsoft stack on the computer.

>>Make sure that you have installed the HP All-in-One software on the computer.

>>Attach an HP Bluetooth adapter to the front USB port of the HP All-in-One.

>>If you are using an external Bluetooth adapter for the computer, make sure the computer is on and then attach the Bluetooth adapter to a USB port on the computer. If you have Windows XP with Service Pack 2 or 3 installed, the Bluetooth drivers are installed automatically. If you are prompted to select a Bluetooth profile, select HCRP.

>>
On the Windows taskbar, click Start , and then click Printers and Faxes .

>>Double-click the Add Printer icon.

>>Click Next , and then select A Bluetooth Printer .

>>Follow the onscreen instructions to finish the installation.

>>Print as you would to any printer.

Regards
Riztech.

Where does the printer hook up to the computer

You will need to purchase a printer USB cable for this printer. They are relatively inexpensive and can be found at any store with an electronics department. I feel your pain on this issue as I find it very annoying that these peices are extra.

The flat rectangular USB end plugs into an available USB slot on your computer while the more square end plugs into the back of the printer.

Click HERE for an example of what you need.

Hope this helps!

My printer Canon LBP 2900 won't work on my new computer windows 7

There are none and I am sorry but there probably never will be, See this is the major problem with Win 7 anything over a year old generally just isn't supported.
Here is how to Install them so they work. Download your XP driver you wish to install. If it's in a zip/rar file then extract it to your desktop. You should have a simple .exe file sitting on your desktop to install the drivers, as normal for XP. Right click the .exe file and select "Properties". Then select the tab called "Compatibility" Now check the box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" Make sure "Windows XP Service Pack 2" is highlighted. Now apply the settings and run the installer. This should work for most drivers, but not all Install and run as Administrator.

Zebra QL320 plus no bluetooth discovery

Turn the printer up side down and remove the battery. Undo the philips screw and remove the module from the top. re-seat it back on the main PCB and replace the screw and battery. if the module still doesn't work then it is more than likely it has failed.

Kodak Easy Share Printer dock plus. Original

Hi,

you're not completely right. Kodak printer docks normally only charge the Kodak KAA2HR battery pack. It not charges normal Ni-MH rechargeable batteries of any brands.

Have just bought a Pogo printer. It printed once via Bluetooth but doesn't print via Bluetooth now. Removed battery for an hour- still not printing via Bluetooth. Can you help please?

If you are printing from a PC/Mac via Bluetooth, It won't accept anything other than Jpg's and also if the file name is too long (or if the file has multiple .'s in the name as I just found out)

Kodak Printer Bluetooth Capacity

I appoligize for the wait.

uh, oh yea,
well install your sticks!
your computer may only need one stick because your printer is bluetooth enabled (unless your the sticks say that you need two.)

1) turn on the printer
2) plug the sticks into your computer.
3) with your bluetooth software find the printer.(look for your printer name, or somthing that resembles a shorter version of its name.)
4) connect to the printer and print your photos

I don't know what software you are using but usually their is a "step one, two", or more that the software may have but again I don't know what you use.

Connecting to printer via Bluetooth but driver is missing

using the bluetooth software on your computer, do not tell the computer you are looking for a bluetooth printer, instead, use search for all devices, then the printer will show-up and select it.

printing via bluetooth does not require a driver (it's just like printing from your cellphone)
