most modern phones come with software for your computer to make tasks like this simple. If you dont have this, you could try some of these other methods. if your phone has bluetooth and your computer does, you could try that. some phones have a seperate memory card that stores pics and movies, an appropriate card reader in your computer would be able to read them.alternatively if your phone has email function, you could email them to yourzself.
for some reason this phone likes to in sync windows media player, i had the same problem. also the audio folder is for ringtones, there should be a dedicated music folder. if you put your phone in music sync mode and plug it into your 'puter wmp should start right up.
no you do not need a disk because pictures are stored on your phone plus it should have a memory card in it and that is where you can store pic then download them to a puter all u need is a card reader to read the pics.
