In anyones opinion which is the best most economical wireless printer on the market at the moment. I only print 30- 40 pages a week Colour & B & W
I would prefer to buy one that has generic cartridge refills as I am on an economy drive ! aren't we all but I want one that prints acceptable copies that are not blurred.

There are Lexmark printer models available in the market that are WiFi compatible. Please visit the Lexmark website for more information about Lexmark's wireless printers. You might find one that will suit your printing needs. The Lexmark X7170 printer does not support wireless printing. It doesn't have a wireless network adapter to connect to your wireless network.
1. Connect the power cord of the printer directly to the wall jack (make sure its not connected to surge protector.
2. Turn the printer On, Press the "Setup" Button, go to "Network", then go to "Restore network defaults", press "Ok" on that.
3. Printer would ask you if you want to restore or not, select "Yes"
4. After that in the same menu (Network Menu), go to wireless test report and print it.
5. If it still shows that the wireless radio is not functioning then only move to next step.
6. Press and hold * and # together on the numeric keypad of the computer.
7. Printer would ask you for a special key combo, enter 1, 2 and 3 respectively.
8. It would open the support menu. Press ok on that.
9. Then scroll to resets menu, select "Semiful Reset"
10. Once you would press ok on this, the printer would go off.
11. Wait for 2 minutes and then turn the printer "On"
I hope this would resolve the issue that you're facing.
Your wireless printer might frequently lose its communication with the computer and hence might not print all the documents when you want. Such an issue arises when there is interference in the wireless signals between the printer and the computer. This could be caused by any other wireless device kept in the vicinity of your printer like a cordless phone. Keep all other wireless devices way from the printer set-up to tackle this issue. Also bear in mind that if your system is turned on for hibernation mode then it would disconnect your printer the moment it goes into hibernation. get more information and help for HP wireless printer problems .

In this situation your wireless printer might require a power reset before you print each document. Though the printing activity will take place efficiently you will have to physically go and power the printer to enable it to print. This problem might require you to reload the firmware of the router and set the wireless printer to manual IP address in order to make it work seamlessly no matter how many documents you have to print. get more information for Wireless Printer Problems .
The easiest and cheapest way to make this printer to work wireless is to go get a wireless print server like the one from Linksys its model is WPS54G you just connect the printer to the print server that is configured to working wireless on your network and that's it you can now print wirelessly from any computers that you have on your network.
Am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but your printer is not a wireless printer by default. If you would like to be able to print wirelessly and have a bluetooth connection on your laptop/desktop, you have the option of buying an adapter.
The HP bt300 wireless printer adapter uses Bluetooth wireless technology allowing you to print without using a cable. In general, Bluetooth wireless technology is a short range wireless technology that allows connection between devices without requiring a cable. By using your HP bt300, printing is possible from a camera phone, PDA, digital camera, or computer (currently to a computer using the Windows operating system only) to selected HP printers.
Unfortunately, this adapter runs about 145-153$ not including shipping or handling. Am probably giving myself a two star rating by saying this, but your best bet might be to just purchase a wireless printer. I have a wireless 3-in-1 (scan/fax/print) that I bought for about 120$ and it works like a dream. Check out your local Office Depot or Best Buy and take a look.
You may need to update or reinstall the drivers/software for the printer and/or wireless configuration. Best to go directly to the website of the manufacturer of each if no longer under warranty for free live chat tech support or call directly for any of the products still under warranty for tech support. The websites also usually have troubleshooting and probable causes.
Hope this helps. Ratings are very important to us so I want to thank you in
