    Similar concern.
Mine just started flashing the warning lights, then shutting itself down into standby, when the lamp indicator light finally could not start.
Lamp life indicator said only 18% lamplife used, 1 week before. Was not transporting/moving it, was just sitting still as usual.
My guess is dust (I have carpeting in the room) or a circuit.

Tried to reset timer on marantz VP4001 projector. Unsuccessful as now unable to get it out of stand by mode

Just unplug the device and let it be at this state for about 1 horur or so. After that replug it and see whether it helps you. If not, check whether its cooling fan is working wnen you switch it ON. If not, the system must be resetted; and need a factory service. OK.

Where is the internal fuse of marantz pm7200
The top link is for a manual for your model. The second link is a Fixya link concerning "no power". I'm not sure why you are looking for fuse but, have to assume it's a no power issue.
The above link is a support link for Marantz. Hope this helps.

Marantz PM55SE. Internal Fuse Is Burned Up

Unless you are a techie person do not attempt to fix a blown fuse which is on the inside of any system. Why do you think the manufacturer did not put the fuse on the outside?!!.
Blown fuse if black/green in color means there is dead short somewhere in the output stage. This kind of work involves using a multimeter , de-soldering pump and soldering. Not to mention procuring the electronic spare parts. Leave it to professionals. Its like finding a nail in your car Tyre. After you pull out the nail then what ??.

My projector is a Marantz VP4001 and it is really hard on bulbs first bulb lasted 1500H send bulb maybe 600H third one 20H Not sure if I should buy any more bulbs or a new projector

I'd buy a new projector - notice how the bulbs life has decreased significantly each time you replace it. This is how they've designed these things - it's a "consumer" product. The ink cartridges for printers is the same method - they're designed to consume your money. I recommend getting a Hitachi brand projector. I used to work for them as an engineer and I know they make them last longer.

Marantz pm7200 hdam, will not power up, checked internal fuses all ok, over rid the internal power-on rely and power amp powers up but pre amp circuit still dead, any idea, power panel look fine but...

The preamp stage might be dead. Not much you can do but to bring it in. Make sure the input selector is on the right input.
Sometimes there's a "Monitor input" usually Tape2 input that overrides everything

Amplifier blown channel

Chances are it's something on the heatsink that's gone. The internal fuse would cause a dead amp. If it's still working it won't be the fuse, unless it has fuses all over the place!
