I turned on my laptop, and the black screen where the Gateway logo is shown comes up.
Usually it loads faster and shows my userpage to login
But now, it won't go any further than that. The screen is still there and it says ''please wait...'' at the bottom
What is going on?
Hi there
If you can get into the bios set it to default settings and reboot the laptop, it should let you through to windows
post back if you get the same result
Kind regards

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Hi, thanks for helping me! But unfortanetly, I could not access the BIOS setting. The screen says to click F2 for bios, but it will not direct me there.
I called Gateway and they are sending me a recovery disc, I just hope this will be the solution.
I'm still worried though
