Question about Motorola Mobility H710 Bluetooth Headset
How do you get the headset into the mode to be found by the phone
Turn the bluetooth feature on the phone on, power up the headset, it should be solid blue. Then tell the phone to pair (or find devices). There are video instructions on pairing Motorola headset to the phone on www.HandBookLive.com under Electronics category. Example are for Motorola and Nokia phones. Even if you have a different phone it should give the general idea as to what the pattern is that you need to follow.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

I have a brand new headset that out of the box, charged, won't go into pairing mode. I even tried the forced pairing method described in the trouble-shooting section and it still won't pair.
After I charge the bluetooth I can't get it to do anything. Shouldn't the light come on after I hold it for 5 seconds; nothing is working to make it come on.
