Your word default is set to double space. You need to find your paragraph setting, depending on the version of Microsoft Office you are using. Once you find the paragraph settings, you need to set it to single spacing and set the "spacing before" and "spacing after" to zero as in the attached picture.
One way to set the option is to hit control-A to highlight the whole document and then right click, and then click on Paragraph.

You are going to laugh at this but it works, believe me, get a hammer or rubber mallet, with your key inserted in the ignition, hit the end of it, not hard to bend the key but just a little wack. A couple of times if you need to, Walla, your key will turn, I have had issues like this with my town and country. I always keep something handy to give the key a wack so the ignition will work.
Enter the admin mode (U-5) by holding down the Panel Reset key for 3 seconds (until "U- " appears in the display), entering the number 5 from the keypad, and pressing the start key. Enter the 6 digit administrator code and press the start key again. The display should show "Ad-". Enter 1 from the keypad and again press the start key. The display should read "0". Hit the clear key, enter "1" and hit the start key yet again. Hit Panel Reset several times (or turn the machine off and back on) to return to normal operation.
The default administrator code is 000000.
If you do not know the administrator code, it will be necessary to reset it using the tech rep mode. Enter the tech rep mode by pressing the Meter Count key and hitting "Stop - 0 - 0 - Stop - 0 - 1" quickly. Then hit 7 and the start key. The administrator code will flash. You can write it down and use it, or hit the clear key and enter a new code, then the start key. Exit as above.
