My printer is three years old and has never really worked properly....since I don't really use it that much, I never think about it....however, recently I have needed it and it doesn't feed the paper properly....it's like the rollers are not grabbing the paper.

I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy
paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print
button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it
will feed through the printer. The reason for this is in some cases I
have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there
over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this
way, saving costly repairs.
Hope this helps.

I am also having a problem with my HP PhotoSmart 2575. The printer usually jams or says it needs paper. I thought my printer was getting old so I installed another one my daughter had and I still have the same problem. Anyone out there that knows the solution to this. It is as if the roller is not grabbing the paper correctly and if it does it grabs 3 or 4 sheets and then it jams.
I have the same problem and didn't see a solution on the page. I'm new here and don't know where to look for solutions.
My HP2575 is three years old. Have not even been able to print through one complete print cartridge. This printer is a total piece of junk.....Jams on every single print job.....pulls through huge stacks of paper or none at all....Purchased at Office Max....Office Max refused to even discuss....says I have to work through HP. What a ripoff!
