Check in your sent folder and look at the envelope next to the message. Each envelope has a check box at the top right corner.
<>If the person you are sending the message to also has Verizon:
-If it was received by the other person, the box will be checked.
-If it has an arrow next to it, it's still in the process of being sent; possibly because the intended recipient is out of service.
-If you click on the sent message and scroll down to the bottom, it will tell you what time the other person received it at.
<>If the person doesn't have Verizon, all the messages you send (regardless of whether or not they were delivered) will have an arrow in the box and it will not tell you what time the person received the message at.
Sometimes, a message will have an I in the box. I think it stands for Incomplete; this only happens to me when I send a message to more than one person and the message doesn't get delivered for some reason.

Hey I am not entirely sure if this is correct, but I had the same problem as you...the reason that message is coming up is because you cannot load videos or images from your phones internal memory to the computer. In order to load either images or videos you will have to buy the micro SD card and put your multimedia on it. Once you do this, the phone should (it did with mine) download the needed drivers and you can easily transfer anything between the card and the computer. Hope this helps

for sending text messages :
1.go to your message settings and check the message center number to see if it is correct
2. call to your network operator customer care
3. request the message center number...
4.note it down
5. go to message settings>message center number
6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it
this solves your messaging problem ...
Good luck
