Question about Hobart A200 Stand Mixer
The mixing attachment on on my kitchen aid mixer, when in use (rotating) mode the attachment swirls around touching the bottom of the mixing bowl (original equip).
It appears some way the motor has tilted forward just a bit that is causing this problem, cannot really find any adjustment screw in order to lift this motor unit up to eliminate the mixing attachment from rubbing inside the bottom of mixing bowl while in use.
your thought would be helpful.
Here is a link to the instruction manual:
Tilt back the head of your mixer. Look at the joint between the head/body of the mixer. A flat-head (standard) screw will now be visible. Turn this screw counter-clockwise to raise the attachments, clockwise to lower them. Don't turn the screw too much, it is pretty sensitive.
