Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Unit won't turn off - it's a Pelonis HF-0034

Sounds like a faulty thermostat switch.

SOURCE: Pelonis HF-0034 turned off 10 sec after starting; won't restart

I've been through 4 or 5 of these (and similar models) with the same problem after anywhere from 3 months to 1 year of use. It appears to be an overheat condition. Unplugging for about 10 minutes resets the overheat protector, but it will overheat again after running a short time.

Sometimes you can extend the life by blowing out the heater with compressed air, especially around the electronics at the very top and the contact points at the top of the circular heating element.

I'm currently trying a Lasko 755320 from amazon.com -- cheaper, more features, better user interface, more heat, and it almost has to be more reliable than the pelonis.

If the symptoms are as described, the heater probably has failed completely.

What are the standard settings for hf 5024 sewing machine

Hello, Try doing a Websearch using your Machines name, model and other terms. You can try to find an Owners Manual and then download it.
You would enter something like HF 5024 Owners Manual, or Illustrated guide and go from there.
I once repaired the gas valving in my Maytag dryer with only diagrams pulled up on a Websearch. I then was able to order parts over the Web and never had to leave the house to get everything I needed.

I do not have the manual to my fan forced heater (model HF-0034) and I am not sure how to work it. It keeps shutting off after a few seconds of heat. Then it will turn on again in 10 minutes and back off...

A lot of this, may be caused by the temperature setting and where the heater is placed. If the temperature is not set high enough, as opposed the ambient room temperature, it probably only turns ON briefly. Also, if the heater is placed near a heat source or in direct sun light, it's sensing the temperature from those sources, rather than the room air.

Try moving it to a another location and setting the temperature on the unit a bit higher.

Hope this helped you to solve the problem. Please let me know.

I HAVE AN hp 0034 AND I CAN NOT GET IT TO RUN OR HEAT?? I DO NOT HAVE AN INSTRUCTION BOOK SO WHAT SHOULD I DO? I THINK IT MAY HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL IRENE

Have you checked the outlet that the heater is plugged into, to be sure it's working. Unplug the heater and plug in a lamp. If the lamp doesn't turn on, than the problem is in the wall outlet or the circuit breaker has been tripped. Unplug the lamp, reset the circuit breaker and plug the lamp back in first. If the lamp works and doesn't trip the circuit breaker, unplug it and plug in the heater. If the heater trips it when you turn it on, there's an electrical problem in the heater.

Lowe's & Home Depot stock and sell this heater. See if either has one in stock. If they do, take it to the Customer Service Desk and they'll gladly make you a copy of the Owners Manual from the one in the box,

Hope this helps. Please let me know.
