This unit will require an amp. I have set up several mixers and I
do not watch output level numbers, you can get desired volume using amp. It does no good to drive input levels high output levels high and the turn down amp. Lower your inputs so no light flashes set master gain to -6 output and then raise amp volume. I have set up 16 mic mixer set individual levels and the feed to main mixer and controlled levels with one fader. I have taken mixes from main mixer to another mixer to control audio on video feed. A good band does not let member's set their levels . the audio person set levels, bad bands have members to set own level with resultant a mess that gets louder and produces sub par event. Remember good bands sound good and bad bands only sound louder, and bad
If possible, move the sub to a different channel or amp. Or check a different sub on that amp to see if the same issue occurs. Also, check the crossover settings for the sub channel to make sure it is set to low pass, not high pass. If all of the settings look good and the issue occurs only with that sub on any channel/amp, then yes, there is a good chance the sub is damaged.
take a look at the speaker, use a multimeter see if the speaker have the rated resistance.( eg .8 ohms) if speaker bad replace if.if speaker good. see if your audio amp is getting power (multimeter needed) set to d.c volts.have voltage then look for the input pin that brings audio into the amp,use a 16 -32 ohms speaker across gnd pin and input pin(bring volume up hi on tv) if audio replace audio amp.
(also look for cold solder) on p.c board before replacing amp.
On page 16 it explains two ways to set date & Time.
1st is when you turn on the power it will ask you to set the time & date, and you can enter it.
2nd way to set time & date, or change it is to press the MENU key, and select "Set Date & Time".
I hope this helps you.
Please also giving me a good rating for offering you help, :-)

Not sure what your problem is. If it's how to turn the image upside down for ceiling mounting open the main menu & go to settings & check for a setting that shows choices of "FRONT" "REAR" "CEILING" etc. & select "CEILING". Otherwise you'll need to clarify please.
Thanks & good luck,

Yer man there a load of **** i've got 2 x DV290's one for the back of my studio & one powering the front, your lucky you only had 2 **** speakers i had 4 lol. but there is light at the end of the woofer, they have to be wired together its as if one makes the other one work,so you put GRAY & BLUE in you get BASS or hum ,you put BLACK & RED in you get HIGH or top end you put all four in you get nice mixture. I've also had it another by mistake & it worked, i put the + & - side by side instead of top & bottom so it was RED / GRAY & BLACK / BLUE if you know what i mean.then cut the plugs off the surrounds & wired them in aswell & it's all good in de hood. oh a tip before i go,get some rubber legs off the bottom of something or the casters off an old chair or stool & GET THEM SLAPPED BETWEEN THE AMP & THE SOUND PROCESSOR for ventilation coz Fu*"*k me they don't half get hot man! good luck pal....later
