My gbc heatseal laminator is rolling back and foward continuosly .even when reverse botton is not press. why

Can be for two reasons.

The synchronous motor in it is faulty, or there is something wrapped against the roller and it is lifting the spring or throwing it into reverse.

Why is my GBC Ultima laminator beeping?

It will beep when you turn it on to acknowledge power. It will also beep when it reaches ready condition. Your laminator has safety switches for the lower feed tray and upper heat shield. Any time the upper shield is lifted the power is shut off. When you lower it down the power is turned back on, causing a beep. The same is true for the lower feed table. When it is removed and then re installed the machine beeps. These are safety features so that the laminator doesn't turn on when you are reloading it or unjamming it. Check that the safety switches are fully engaged if you get unnecessary beeping.

My GBC ultima 65 laminator is making loud noises. How do i fix this?

You probably have 1 or more heat roller bearings seizing up. This is a common problem. There are 2 on the left and 2 on the right. I would recommend changing both of the bearings on the side that is noisy. They can eventually stop turning and then your laminator will probably stop also.

GBC Ultima 65 laminator rolls very fast on lowest speed setting and doesn't roll at all on fastest speed setting. Can this be fixed?

sounds like the yellow and the orange wire connectors on the main board from the transformer are reversed. If not, then your main board needs replaced. I have them available, 405-324-6092, Scott,

Laminate did not come out it just went back inside on roller

warm the machine back up, get the glue sticky again, then work it off, either by going in forward or reverse, whichever works best for the given situation. Don't use anything sharp as the rollers damage easily....very expensive
