Question about Computers & Internet
Just upgraded from Win7 Home Premium to Win8 Pro and lost the touchscreen feature or touch keyboard. Checked Device Manager, found 2 missing Base System Devices. Did some research and learnt that I have to do a clean install. Did that, but same problem. Wonder if anyone has similar problem and hopefully someone has the driver for the touchscreen. Thanks

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: base system device
Thank you to all that have replied to my query, and for your time. However, i have now solved this problem, it was the drivers for the sd card reader and now everything is back up and running..
Happy computing everyone. Tony.
